Plough Mixer consists of horizontal & cylindrical drum vessel, plough shaped shovel agitator, drive unit and chopper. The mixing elements create a mechanical fluidized bed mixing actions to hurl materials away from the wall of vessel into free space in crisscross direction and inversely back again.
Twin Shafts Paddle Mixer consists of W shape vessel, drive unit and double paddle shafts. The double shafts run in counter-rotation to make paddles turn over the materials in axial and radial direction of mixing action in fluidized zone.
Double Paddle Mixer With Retractable Shaft
Retractable rotor mixer is developed to meet with some special applications and industries. Sometimes the manual cleaning and CIP cleaning cannot work perfectly for thoroughly cleaning, the shaft need to be retractable completely to have further cleaning.
Paddle Mixer For Mortar/Cement
With the two shafts run at constant speed in opposite direction,thespecial paddles on the shaft cause the material to form radial andaxial movement,thus achieving uniform mixing in a very short time.
Ploughshare Mixer With Retractable Shaft
For some special applications and industries, retractable rotor plough share mixer is necessary because if manual cleaning and CIP cleaning cannot meet customer’s requirement, the shaft need to be pull open to clean manually, especially some materials stick on mixing elements.

Ribbon Mixer consists of horizontal U shape mixing vessel, drive system and ribbon agitator. The mixing element is combined with inner and outer double helical ribbon agitator.
Different from traditional batch type mixer, continuous mixer provide a more economical alternation for big capacity to meet process requirement.

Ribbon mixer consists of horizontal shaft, mixing elements and a cylindrical vessel body. The mixing elements can be ploughs or paddles. It always has several feeding ports, one vent port, a central discharging valve at bottom, two flanged end plates, adjusted integrated seal assembly for main shaft and driving system.
