Our collaboration began in 2022. Despite encountering some complexities during the payment phase, our teams worked closely together, ultimately leading to a successful installation and smooth commissioning.
The operation of this mixer significantly enhanced the client's production efficiency. This success built strong trust, which paved the way for a new, more advanced mixing project in 2024. The new generation electric pull-out mixer, with a capacity of 2-3 cubic meters, features a core advantage: facilitated daily deep cleaning. After each day's production, the main shaft can be fully withdrawn for thorough cleaning, perfectly aligning with the stringent hygiene standards of the food industry.
Thanks to Shuanglong's mature manufacturing expertise, we successfully controlled costs while implementing this high-end feature, providing the client with a cost-effective upgrade. Of course, compared to traditional models, the design of the non-suspended main shaft presents a focus for ongoing optimization—ensuring mixing stability and complete vibration control, which is a key technical priority we are continuously refining.
